Position Overview
職位概述：
To ensure supplier quality standards are maintained and defect rate of materials, parts, and equipment fall within requirements, for both incoming and outgoing.
保證供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有效的運(yùn)行和維護(hù)，確保外購和銷售的材料、零件、設(shè)備的不良率在規(guī)定的質(zhì)量要求范圍內(nèi)。
Main Responsibilities
主要職責(zé):
1.Manage the supplier complaint. Create supplier statistics and provide regular overall information for all stakeholders about supplier quality performance.
供應(yīng)商投訴管理，供應(yīng)商統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，并定期提供供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量績(jī)效的總體信息。
2.Assist supplier development, initiation, and implementation of QA processes, procedures, and standards.
協(xié)助供應(yīng)商開發(fā)、啟動(dòng)和實(shí)施質(zhì)量保證流程、程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3.Organize and manage regular meetings with suppliers to increase the quality of delivered parts and services.
組織和管理與供應(yīng)商的定期會(huì)議，以提高交付零件和服務(wù)的質(zhì)量。
4.Creation of control plan, checklist, test plan as well as informing, training for suppliers and monitoring of the status
制定控制計(jì)劃、檢查表、測(cè)試計(jì)劃，并對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行通知、培訓(xùn)和狀態(tài)監(jiān)控。
5.Handling of initial samples according to the PPAP procedure. Support NPI and localization project to qualify supplier/product
根據(jù)PPAP程序處理初始樣品。NPI和產(chǎn)品本地化供應(yīng)商、產(chǎn)品的批準(zhǔn)。
6.Onsite inspection at supplier site when necessary. Conduct supplier training on product quality assurance and control.
供應(yīng)商零部件現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)。 主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證和控制的培訓(xùn)。
7.Supplier annual audit，Lead supplier ECN approval
供應(yīng)商的年度質(zhì)量審核，主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商工程變更批準(zhǔn)。
Qualification &Specification
任職資格
1.Bachelor Degree, 3+ years of working experience in machinery, equipment manufacturing, or related industries. and more than years of supplier quality management experience
大學(xué)學(xué)歷，3年以上機(jī)械、 設(shè)備制造或相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并至少有1年以上供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.Familiar with sheet metal, castings, machined parts and powder coating parts, with previous relevant inspection experience.
熟悉鈑金件， 鑄件,機(jī)加工件和靜電噴涂的加工工藝并具備相應(yīng)的檢驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Familiar with mechanical drawings - experience working with international (English) blueprint preferred. Have knowledge of GD&T, welding symbols and related industry standards.
能夠理解機(jī)械圖紙， 熟悉英文圖紙更佳。熟悉GD&T， 焊接符號(hào)和相關(guān)工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4.Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirement
熟悉ISO 9001:2015質(zhì)量管理體系要求。
5.Experience and knowledge of 8D reports, and all Q-methods for finding the route cause.
具有8D報(bào)告的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí)，以及查找路線原因的所有方法。
6.Have capability to implement APQP&CP, PPAP. Basic knowledge of statistic , quality management technique
熟練掌握APQP&CP， PPAP等質(zhì)量工具 ,基本的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)知識(shí)，品質(zhì)管理手法。
7.Ability to speak, read and write in English
能夠使用英語交流。
