職責描述:
1.Operate as an ambassador and door opener for Saint-Gobain construction products to key account customers
擔任圣戈班建筑產(chǎn)品與關(guān)鍵客戶之間的大使。
2.Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume key accounts of electric power industry, hospitals, hotels, Pary A and contractor.
與國家和地區(qū)、電力、醫(yī)院、酒店、甲方和承包商等關(guān)鍵大客戶建立并保持長期戰(zhàn)略性信任關(guān)系。
-Focus on establishing and maintaining the designers, general contractors, and procurement resources of national and regional electric power design institutes (such as China Energy Construction and China Power Construction's major design institutes, provincial power design institutes, etc.).
重點對接并維護全國及區(qū)域電力設(shè)計院(如中能建和中電建旗下各大設(shè)計院、省電力設(shè)計院等)的設(shè)計師,總包,采購資源。
-Responsible for developing hotel chain group, hotel engineering general contractors and decoration design company etc., establishing and maintaining long-term and stable strategic cooperative relations.
負責開拓連鎖酒店集團、酒店工程總包及裝修設(shè)計單位等,建立并維護長期穩(wěn)定的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系
-Responsible for developing and maintaining hospitals, hospital professional general contractors, design institutes and medical system related customers across the country.
負責開拓并維護全國醫(yī)院、醫(yī)院專業(yè)型總包、設(shè)計院及醫(yī)療體系相關(guān)客戶
3.Fully understand the needs of key customers, familiar with the business development and operation mode of the electric power, hospital and hotel industry systems. Maintain knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses. Monitor key account changes and improvements
全面了解關(guān)鍵客戶需求,熟悉電力、醫(yī)院、酒店行業(yè)體系業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)及運營模式,保持對競爭對手產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)、折扣和定價結(jié)構(gòu)以及優(yōu)劣勢的了解,并關(guān)注關(guān)鍵客戶的變化和提高。
4.Negotiate strategic purchasing contracts with key accounts, by working closely with technical support and sales team, preparing detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements.
通過與技術(shù)支持和銷售團隊密切合作,根據(jù)每個消費者的要求,制定詳細的建議/報價,與關(guān)鍵客戶協(xié)商戰(zhàn)略采購合同。
5.Work closely with R&D, technical, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, production, and finance team to secure entry and later service to the key accounts, serving as the contact point for key accounts and internal teams
與研發(fā)、技術(shù)、銷售、營銷、物流、客戶服務(wù)、生產(chǎn)和財務(wù)團隊密切合作,確保關(guān)鍵客戶的整體服務(wù),充當關(guān)鍵客戶和內(nèi)部團隊的聯(lián)絡(luò)點。
6.Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
在關(guān)鍵客戶和內(nèi)部團隊之間進行溝通
7.Regularly follows up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the products in order to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and areas of sales performance improvement.
定期跟進客戶的訂單,及時收集產(chǎn)品,以獲得客戶滿意度和銷售業(yè)績改善方面的反饋。
8.Lead solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel.
主導(dǎo)并開發(fā)需要改進區(qū)域的解決方案,協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員參與。
9.Reviews target achievement and creates reports for senior management team, which facilitate the creation of informed account management decision-making and strategy formulation.
審查目標達成情況并報告給上級管理層,促進關(guān)鍵管理決策和戰(zhàn)略制定。
10.Maintains and expands relationships with important clients and work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts.
維護和擴展重要客戶的關(guān)系,與各業(yè)務(wù)部門密切合作,以維護和進一步發(fā)展與重要客戶的關(guān)系。
任職要求:
1.Previous experience in key account management or business development in the fields of electric power, medical and hotel is preferred. Those who have experience in the sales of construction materials such as refractory materials, flooring system for electric power industry with familiar with procurement process would be better.
有電廠、醫(yī)療、酒店領(lǐng)域大客戶銷售管理或業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。有電廠項目建筑材料(如耐火材料,地坪系統(tǒng))銷售經(jīng)驗者,熟悉其采購流程的更佳。
2.Knowledge of the key account’s business domain & industry, familiar with business development and operation mode of electric power, hospital and hotel systems is preferred.
了解大客戶銷售領(lǐng)域和行業(yè),熟悉電力、醫(yī)院、酒店體系業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)及運營模式優(yōu)先。
