Account Abilities
1. Procurement manager is responsible for 3PL (3rd party logistics) logistics services sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.
2. Sub-category: Road, Rail, Barge, DC, Ocean, Forwarding etc."
3. Work closely with logistic team and breweries to ensure the delivery of Logistics Operation Centralization initiatives and support on daily logistic operation from procurement's perspective, i.e. commercial terms, service quality assurance, etc.
4. Manage supplier to strength business relationship with the suppliers.
5. Set up and renew cost model for cost analysis (understand supply and demand market, logistic industry, cost analysis, etc).
6. Have an insight into innovation and new supplier development to deliver expected saving on the basis of total supply chain cost.
7. Lead Green Logistics Sourcing for transportation: define sustainability strategy of transportation + implement/sourcing, eg. EV + LNG + H2 etc.
8. Take leadership and ownership for whole Logistics Procurement function.
Technical Competencies & Experience
1. Knowledge and experience in Logistic/Supply Chain preferred
2. Minimum 5 years related working experience in Procurement function of multi-national company
3. Good data analysis and calculation skills
4. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
5. Good team player
6. Skillful in computer software: PPT, Excel, Words, MS Office, Website access & research, etc.
7. Able to travel
8. Must demonstrate passion and strong willingness to achieving results,
9. Self-motivated, proactive, positive, able to continuously challenge him/herself for new ideas/ways of working.
10. Able to work under pressure & stay focused, disciplined to achieve best values for the company.
11. Able to establish productive / positive relationships within his/her team, plants, suppliers, Global/Zone Procurement Office and Global/Zone Logistics team.
12. Persist in overcoming obstacles when working to achieve end results
13. Willingness to challenge status-quo (suppliers, logistics team, plants) to achieve better results for the company.
14. Ability to adapt best practices from other company’s functions or past successes to current business & achieve better results.
