主要職責(zé)
.開發(fā)與維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)自動化：替代手動Excel處理流程，確保數(shù)據(jù)更新的及時(shí)性與準(zhǔn)確性；
.數(shù)據(jù)收集與質(zhì)量管控：數(shù)據(jù)整合并優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)，保障數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量以支撐深度分析；
.構(gòu)建內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)工具與數(shù)據(jù)儀表盤：為研究員提供自助式數(shù)據(jù)可視化及自動報(bào)告生成能力；
.實(shí)現(xiàn)定量分析：運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)技術(shù)與機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方法對宏觀/金融等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，輔助決策制定。

.Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to replace manual Excel processes, ensuring data timeliness and accuracy.
.Gather and refine data from diverse sources, maintaining its quality for meaningful analysis.
.Build internal data tools and dashboards, enabling self-service data visualization and reports drafting for researchers.
.Perform quantitative analysis on market data to employ statistical techniques and machine learning for decision-making.
