We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with solid skills in 3D CAD modeling. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome.
主要職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities
使用 SolidWorks / Creo / UG / CATIA 等軟件進行3D建模及2D工程圖繪制；
Create and update 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, UG, CATIA, etc.).
參與產(chǎn)品零部件設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和技術(shù)文檔整理；
Support part design, structural optimization, and documentation.
協(xié)助進行材料與結(jié)構(gòu)分析，參與樣品驗證；
Assist in basic material/structure analysis and prototype evaluation.
與生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、采購等團隊進行溝通，確保設(shè)計可制造性；
Communicate with Production, Quality, and Procurement to ensure manufacturability.
參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與持續(xù)改進項目；
Participate in new product development and continuous improvement.
按照公司及國際標準維護技術(shù)文件與記錄。
Maintain technical files and documentation according to internal and international standards.
崗位要求 / Qualifications
本科及以上學(xué)歷，材料工程、機械工程、機電等相關(guān)專業(yè)；材料類專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Materials background preferred.
熟練掌握至少一種三維繪圖軟件（SolidWorks、Creo、UG、CATIA等）；
Proficiency in at least one major 3D CAD tool.
具備基礎(chǔ)材料學(xué)知識，對金屬、陶瓷、復(fù)合材料或鑄造工藝有了解者優(yōu)先；
Basic understanding of materials science (metals, ceramics, composites, or foundry processes is a plus).
熟悉機械設(shè)計原理及工程制圖規(guī)范；
Familiarity with mechanical design principles and drawing standards.
工作認真細致、學(xué)習(xí)能力強、善于溝通；
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
接受應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或0–3年經(jīng)驗的候選人。
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
加分項 / Preferred Skills
有鑄造、耐火材料、金屬件、過濾片、冒口或相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗；
Experience in foundry, refractory materials, metal parts, filters, risers, or related industries.
熟悉加工、鑄造等工藝；
Knowledge of machining, or casting processes.
能閱讀英文技術(shù)文檔；
Ability to read English technical documents.
具備基本項目協(xié)調(diào)或跨部門溝通能力。
Basic project coordination skills.
