Undertake painting inspection standard training for the staff who engaged in painting inspection job; 負責對從事噴涂檢驗工作員工進行必要的檢驗標準培訓(xùn)； 5. Lead internal staff to undertake continuous quality improvement; 組織噴涂車間內(nèi)部相關(guān)人員質(zhì)量改善活動； 6. Monitor painting materials’ standard use, count and updates the materials rate of expenditure; 油漆原材料的規(guī)范施工及消耗定額的統(tǒng)計更新； 9. Continuous improvement for painting technological, including parameter optimization, cost reducing, process optimization, etc.; 噴涂工藝相關(guān)的持續(xù)改善（參數(shù)優(yōu)化，成本節(jié)約，流程優(yōu)化等）； 10. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。 QUALIFICATIONS崗位基本要求 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is the best; 本科以上學歷，理工科專業(yè)最佳； 2. Min.3 years painting technology working experience in auto paint industry, should familiar with painting technology and painting quality technology; 三年以上汽車噴涂行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉噴涂工藝，具備噴涂質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗； 3. Should familiar with TS16949 system, master the system’s knowledge; 熟悉TS16949質(zhì)量管理體系，具備TS16949體系知識； 4.
