1. Support the normal running of the company's IT system and IT infrastructure.
支持公司IT系統(tǒng)的正常運行，支持公司IT基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)的正常運行；
2. Ensure that the business department meets the new requirements of IT system.
保證業(yè)務(wù)部門對于IT系統(tǒng)新需求的滿足；
3. Ensure compliance and information security of the company's IT systems and data.
保證公司IT系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)的合規(guī)性，信息安全性；
4. Meet the IT department's technical and behavioral performance targets.
滿足IT部門相關(guān)技術(shù)和行為業(yè)績指標的完成；
5. Take the initiative to innovate and identify the opportunities of informatization for business development.
主動創(chuàng)新和業(yè)務(wù)部門發(fā)現(xiàn)信息化對于公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的機會；
6. As IT project manager, ensure the smooth implementation of the project and realize the expected business benefit of the project.
作為IT項目的管理者保證項目的順利實施，實現(xiàn)項目預(yù)期業(yè)務(wù)收益；
7. As the project participate of other business departments of the company, take the initiative to complete the project tasks, actively cooperate with and coordinate other project activities.
作為公司其他業(yè)務(wù)部門項目的配合者，積極主動完成所屬項目任務(wù)，積極配合協(xié)調(diào)其他項目活動；
8. Support IT asset procurement, storage and distribution management activities to ensure compliance and asset safety.
支持公司IT資產(chǎn)采購，保管和發(fā)放等管理活動，保證合規(guī)和資產(chǎn)安全；
9. Support the preparation of related SOP and other documents to ensure the standardization of IT process.
支持相關(guān)SOP等文檔的編寫，保證IT部門流程標準化；
10. Carry out IT training for business users to ensure the correct use of the system.
對業(yè)務(wù)用戶開展相關(guān)IT培訓(xùn)，保證系統(tǒng)的正確使用；
11. As SME, cooperate with quality and other business departments to complete relevant audit activities, and actively respond to corrective actions.
作為SME配合質(zhì)量和其他業(yè)務(wù)部門完成相關(guān)審計活動，并積極響應(yīng)整改項；
12. Other tasks assigned by the company.
公司交辦的其他工作。
Qualification 任職資格
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer or engineering, CET-4.
計算機或工程類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，英語四級，
2. Ability to manage projects, communicate, and adapt to stressful work environment according to the demands of different positions levels.
根據(jù)職級不同要求相應(yīng)的項目管理能力，溝通能力，對壓力工作環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力；
3. Strong team spirit and ability to work across departments.
有極強的團隊精神和跨部門工作的能力。
4. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (Read, Write, Verbal) demonstrated by communicating with other functions.
良好的英語和普通話溝通能力（閱讀、寫作、口頭），通過與其他職能部門的交流表現(xiàn)出來。
