Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the overall development strategy for the resort (including hotels and golf facilities), ensuring the achievement of annual business objectives, financial indicators and service quality standards;

  2. Manage and motivate teams across all departments, establish an efficient organizational structure, and cultivate and develop core management talents;

  3. Be responsible for developing marketing channels, promoting marketing & sales activities, and increasing customer traffic and satisfaction;

Requirements
職位要求：
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or other related majors;
    本科及以上學(xué)歷，酒店管理、旅游管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
  2. More than 10 years of management experience in tourism, hotels, or large-scale resorts, including at least 3-5 years of senior management experience in an equivalent position;
    10年以上旅游、酒店或大型度假區(qū)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少3-5年以上同職位管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
  3. Possess strong marketing and sales capabilities and rich operational experience;
    具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷能力, 豐富的營(yíng)運(yùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
  4. Excellent leadership, team-building skills, and cross-departmental coordination abilities, with the ability to effectively motivate employees to achieve goals;
    優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)能力及跨部門協(xié)調(diào)能力，能有效激勵(lì)員工達(dá)成目標(biāo)；
  5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of handle to emergencies and making quick and effective decisions;
