Responsibility:
- Independently carry out project design tasks in accordance with TNA’s workflow
- Create and maintain accurate 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks and Inventor).
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring design quality, functionality, and timely delivery.
- Execute design optimization and drawing update workflows in line with project and production requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and global design teams.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing design knowledge and helping the team grow together.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Proficient in fundamental principles of mechanical design, including structure, materials, transmission, manufacturing processes, and tolerancing.
- Capable of independently completing 3D modelling and 2D drafting for full mechanical systems.
- Proficient in 3D modelling software such as SolidWorks or Inventor
- Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing for daily work communication.
- Over 8 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 3 years of experience in independently designing or leading projects field
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with process, procurement, quality, and overseas design teams
- Experience in the food machinery or packaging machinery industry is preferred
- Experience in non-standard equipment design, or complete machine structural design, or sheet metal design is preferred
