主要職責(zé)
?通過管理現(xiàn)有客戶,包括業(yè)務(wù)回顧、客戶咨詢、對(duì)賬、付款和確定追加銷售機(jī)會(huì),推動(dòng)銷售目標(biāo)。
與相關(guān)部門合作,監(jiān)督新項(xiàng)目的簽約、系統(tǒng)集成和實(shí)施。
?在銷售支持團(tuán)隊(duì)的支持下,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)招標(biāo)流程和續(xù)訂。
?與潛在客戶、新客戶和銷售渠道(如經(jīng)紀(jì)人)建立良好關(guān)系。
?與法務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)、承銷、運(yùn)營(yíng)和其他部門密切合作,以達(dá)到目標(biāo)并提高客戶體驗(yàn)。
?收集并提供有關(guān)行業(yè)趨勢(shì)、市場(chǎng)洞察和客戶期望的反饋,以推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)改進(jìn)。
?根據(jù)需要及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地記錄Salesforce中的所有機(jī)會(huì)和活動(dòng)。
?支持業(yè)務(wù)重點(diǎn)并參加必要的培訓(xùn)。
崗位要求
?本科及以上學(xué)歷(保險(xiǎn)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先)
?良好的客戶關(guān)系和解決問題的能力
?3年以上保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(有旅游和人身意外事故經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先),經(jīng)紀(jì)人或旅游/電子商務(wù)/在線旅行社。
?具有開放和創(chuàng)新的思維,并具有良好的溝通技巧
熟練運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行各方面的工作
Job summary and purpose
? To achieve sales targets by manaing and upselling to exisiting clients, as well as developing new business partners/channles
Key responsibilities/What you do
? Drive sales targets by managing existing clients, including business reviews, client inquiries, reconciliation, payments, and identifying upsell opportunities.
? Oversee new project contracting, system integration, and implementation in collaboration with relevant departments.
? Lead tender processes and renewals, with support from the Sales Support Team.
? Build relationships with prospects, new clients, and sales channels (e.g., brokers).
? Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Underwriting, Operations, and other departments to meet targets and enhance customer experience.
? Collect and provide feedback on industry trends, market insights, and customer expectations to drive business improvements.
? Timely and accurately record all opportunities and activities in Salesforce as required.
? Support business priorities and attend training as required.
Key requirements/What you bring
? Bachelor‘s Degree or above (insurance-related major preferred)
? Strong client engagement and problem solving skills
? 3+ years sales work experience in insurance sector (preferably with Travel and Person Accident experience), Brokers, or Travel/E-commerce/OTA.
? Demonstrate an open and creative mindset with excellent communication skills
? Proficient in working with English across all aspects
