Synopsis:
Responsible for supporting regional recruitment and employee development
The role:
The HR Specialist is a key position in EF Kids & Teens. You will support regional recruitment and cover the HR daily issue as well.
You will:
In charge of recruitment tasks, including: experienced hire, campus recruitment, internship recruitment as well as internal recruitment.
Be responsible for new staff relationship maintaining.
Establish the talent pool, responsible for the resume management and information security
Collect and analyze recruitment data
Assist HRM for other HR tasks
You have/are:
Bachelor degree or above, HRM related major is a plus.
Love education industry;
Passionate about finding talents
Good common sense about people, patient, good service sense
Creative, highly self-motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude
Well-organized, details oriented, quick-learner
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
With a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and team-work spirit.
Good command of MS Office skill, strong written and oral English skill.
