We develop and source a wide range of goods — including furniture, home décor, kitchenware, seasonal and garden items — for the European market.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser/Sourcer to join our team.
Your mission is to identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers in Asia to meet European retailers’ needs in terms of price, quality, lead time, and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
?Source and qualify new factories and products according to buyer briefs and price targets.
?Negotiate prices, MOQs, and delivery terms in line with Dinova’s sourcing policies.
?Manage the sampling process: request, follow-up, and validation with buyers.
?Coordinate with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure product conformity and testing requirements.
?Monitor supplier performance and maintain the approved supplier database.
?Track market trends and cost evolution to suggest competitive alternatives.
?Ensure suppliers meet Dinova’s CSR, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Profile Requirements
?Minimum 3 years of experience in a sourcing or merchandising role, ideally for export to Europe.
?Strong negotiation and communication skills.
?Proficient in Mandarin and English (French is an advantage).
?Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
