崗位職責：
1、負責實驗室的常規(guī)實驗工作；
2、參與或配合相關新技術與新流程的研發(fā)工作；
3、研發(fā)資料整理，相關文件編寫；
4、產品試生產執(zhí)行；
5、產品注冊資料準備，臨床試驗執(zhí)行。

崗位要求：
1、分子生物學或相關專業(yè)大專及以上學歷；了解PCR,載體，電泳，單抗，多抗，細胞培養(yǎng)，蛋白純化等。
2、熱愛實驗室工作，有較強的實驗操作能力、分析能力和問題解決能力；有較強的責任心、耐心細致；
3、可以閱讀英文產品說明書；，熟練使用Office辦公軟件。
4.有細胞培養(yǎng)，蛋白純化經驗者優(yōu)先。
