崗位內(nèi)容:
1. 擬定并實(shí)施公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,推動(dòng)公司健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展;
2. 對(duì)公司各項(xiàng)運(yùn)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)管和改進(jìn),確保業(yè)務(wù)高效快速完成;
3. 推動(dòng)公司新項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)和實(shí)施,不斷增強(qiáng)公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)公司的員工招聘、激勵(lì)、培訓(xùn)和管理等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。
任職要求:
1. 具有10年以上跨國(guó)公司或集團(tuán)總經(jīng)理/CEO經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉國(guó)際化發(fā)展模式;
2. 較強(qiáng)的管理才能和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,善于協(xié)調(diào)各方利益;
3. 良好的品牌經(jīng)營(yíng)意識(shí)和創(chuàng)新精神;
4. 卓越的商業(yè)洞察力和深入理解市場(chǎng)變化趨勢(shì);
5. 必須具備CPA、稅務(wù)師和中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)職稱,碩士及以上學(xué)歷,優(yōu)秀的口頭和書面表達(dá)能力以及流利的英語溝通能力。

Job requirements:

3. Good brand management awareness and innovative spirit;
4. Excellent business insight and in-depth understanding of market trends;
5. Must have CPA, tax accountant, and intermediate accounting titles, a master's degree or above, excellent oral and written communication skills, and fluent English communication skills.
