現(xiàn)場管理生產(chǎn)物料管理電子設(shè)備制造
崗位職責(zé)：
1.生產(chǎn)組裝生產(chǎn)管理;
2.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)員工技能培訓(xùn)，品質(zhì)管理。減少產(chǎn)品報(bào)廢;
3.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)物料，產(chǎn)品報(bào)廢，入庫數(shù)據(jù)，生產(chǎn)報(bào)表的管理。確保生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確;
4.負(fù)責(zé)員工的安排，生產(chǎn)效率的管理，確保達(dá)成生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)能，滿足出貨的需要;
5.生產(chǎn)早會的主持，生產(chǎn)員工的培訓(xùn)教查，員工的清假，考物，紀(jì)律，離職，的管理;
6.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)物料，不良品的管理，降低生產(chǎn)不良，嚴(yán)格控制物料報(bào)廢;
7.生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的操作培訓(xùn)，保養(yǎng)，報(bào)修，確保生產(chǎn)設(shè)備完好損;
8.生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場6S的管理，具有良好的6S管理素養(yǎng)和員工的管理能力。
任職資格：
1.高中/中專及以上學(xué)歷；
2.兩年以上組裝包裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
3.能靈活運(yùn)用MES系統(tǒng)；
4.抗壓能力強(qiáng)，身體健康，良好的語言表達(dá)能力。
