職位描述

PMC管理生產計劃管理
崗位職責：
1.負責銷售訂單的統(tǒng)籌，并根據(jù)公司的人力、機器設備、治具、物料狀況與生產產能回復業(yè)務交期；
2.根據(jù)生產產能，客戶交期、客戶、工藝、瓶頸工序制定其生產計劃；
3.根據(jù)生產計劃了解物料進度狀況，把握生產進度，解決生產異常；
4.組織召開生產協(xié)調會議，保證生產滿足客戶需求；
5.把握倉庫成品、半成品庫存數(shù)量，防止呆滯品的發(fā)生；
6.對呆滯庫存進行分析及處理；
7.對生產急需或出現(xiàn)異常的物料，協(xié)調采購、品質、倉庫等相關部門及時解決，對影響生產的物料及時通知上司尋求共同解決；
8.完成上級交代的例外工作。
任職資格：
1.大專及以上學歷，3年以上電子行業(yè)相關工作經驗；
2.練使用WORD EXCEL等各種辦公軟件及ERP系統(tǒng)操作；
3.熟悉生產計劃和物料計劃管理相關知識；
4.責任心強，工作積極主動，嚴謹務實，有較強的溝通協(xié)調能力和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
