Key Focus Areas
Developing high-quality data solutions using Snowflake, Matillion, Metabase, Jasper, Python, ELT and reporting tools
Participating in all phases of the data lifecycle
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions

Responsibilities
Data Engineering
Design, prototype, and develop data pipelines and applications
Optimize data processing for performance and scalability
Implement ETL processes and integrate with data visualization tools like Metabase
Collaboration and Communication
Work with product owners and engineering teams to review business requirements and technical specifications
Participate in sprint planning and release prioritization across onshore and offshore teams
Collaborate with architects and DevOps to ensure smooth deployment
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Perform root cause analysis and remediation of data-related issues
Support infrastructure changes and upgrades
Quality Assurance
Follow agile methodologies and craftsmanship techniques to prioritize quality and security
Ensure adherence to data and DevOps policies and best practices

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in data engineering or equivalent professional training
Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering with Python and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and team collaboration skills
English fluency is required (B2 Level equivalent)
French Fluency is a plus
