Leading in sorting out and following up the issue list during the project implementation, coordinating cross-functional team members to finish it within the specified time, and ensuring the project implementation according to the milestones Coordinating plant resources to ensure the smooth series production after handing over the new projects. 3.Taking charge of the interaction and report with customers and leading customer complaint during project development. 4.Monitoring the preparation, collection and archiving of APQP documents according to customer system. 5.Other things assigned by leader.
