? As internal SAP Basis consultant, lead and responsible for all the activities in SAP Basis area, including but not limited to the following:
-Manage all the servers for SAP system landscape, including application, Fiori, HANA DB, Routers, Web dispatchers, cloud connector, ADS server, print server, email server, SolMan, BTP, HA/DR etc.
- Responsible for SAP system sizing, installation, upgrade, transport, client copy, refresh, migration, archiving, disaster recovery and system restores
- Ensure SSO (Single Sign-On) functionality with secure MFA (multi-factor authentication) and system access
- Establish a secure and encrypted connection to SAP system for data transfer
- Monitor SAP system health including memory, CPU, database, and disk usage
- Optimize system performance and bring in Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Manage SAP system authorizations including OSS account management, Business and IT user account and role management
- Manage SAP system license and Cloud contract, coordinate with SAP China or other 3rd contracting parties.
- Ensure SAP system compliance with security policies and support internal or external audit.
- Manage backup/recovery activities for SAP applications, databases.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and changes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams for server provisioning, storage, and networking.
- Manage Firewall application and closure related to SAP system.
- Support SAP system integration with third-party systems.Provide Backup for BTP module.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
