看看你的工作內(nèi)容: 1.在石油、天然氣或石化行業(yè)中建立和維持主要客戶關(guān)系,達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo),客戶類型包括但不限于MNC、SOE、或私營企業(yè)等; 2.發(fā)掘并開發(fā)銷售機(jī)會以拓展新業(yè)務(wù),同時跟蹤關(guān)鍵客戶的現(xiàn)有合同,確保協(xié)議續(xù)簽;明確各競爭對手的動向,并制定及傳達(dá)相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對策略; 3.建立并加強(qiáng)與目標(biāo)客戶中關(guān)鍵決策者及影響者的關(guān)系,以便深入了解并預(yù)見其需求; 4.遵守銷售管理政策,利用系統(tǒng)和工具提高檢驗、測試、認(rèn)證、項目咨詢及實驗室測試等服務(wù)的銷售效率,必要時代表本業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品線與全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)、海外分公司或其他業(yè)務(wù)部門進(jìn)行溝通; 5.與全球及區(qū)域關(guān)鍵客戶大客戶經(jīng)理及銷售團(tuán)隊合作,捕捉商業(yè)機(jī)會,完成全球及區(qū)域關(guān)鍵客戶的銷售目標(biāo)。 我們希望你是: 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限,石油化工相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮; 2.擁有5年以上銷售、業(yè)務(wù)拓展等相關(guān)商務(wù)拓展經(jīng)驗;擁有在全球知名石油化工公司、EPC公司或其他TIC機(jī)構(gòu)從事石油化工行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈商務(wù)拓展工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮; 3.英語聽書讀寫熟練,英語口語可以作為工作語言; 4.適應(yīng)頻繁的國內(nèi)外短期出差; 5.具備出色的溝通能力,商業(yè)意識,抗壓能力。 Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain major account relationships in MNC, SOE & Private Owned Enterprises in oil, gas and petrochemical industry, meet sales targets. 2. Identify and develop sales opportunities to capture new business and keep track of key account's existing contract portfolio to ensure renewal of agreements, monitor competitive activity in each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated. 3. Being able to build and strengthen relations with key decision-makers and influencers within the assigned accounts, enabling deep understanding and foresight of their needs. 4. Comply the sales management policy, use system and tool to improve the sales efficiency in inspection, testing, certification, project consulting and lab testing service. 5. Communicate with global network, oversea affiliates and other business units and departments on behalf of SBU when necessary. 6. Associate with global, regional KA & sales team and key account managers to capture business opportunities of large Capex projects, fulfill sales targets of global and regional key accounts. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in commercial or technical. 2. 5+ years’ sales, business development or project management experience in global famous oil, gas, and petrochemical companies, EPCs or other known TICs. 3. Fluent in Business English. 4. Adaptable frequent short-term travel in domestic and overseas. 5. Excellent communication skills and business awareness.
