Your key responsibilities include:
? Deliver high-quality product solutions that improve or enhance finance-related
systems and workflows.
? Maintain and improve existing products by monitoring usage and operational data, and incorporating feedback from finance and business teams

Minimum Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design and delivery, ideally in data platforms, backend systems, or business tooling
? 2+ years of hands-on experience with finance-related systems, such as budgeting,
forecasting, rebate/expense management, or financial reporting
? Proven ability to develop product prototypes to explore and validate early ideas;
strong UX intuition and attention to detail
? Strong familiarity with Agile development; able to lead iterative product delivery
cycles in a cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
? Excellent oral and written communication in Mandarin and English; confident
presenting to diverse audiences
? Ability to quickly absorb new ideas, with strong listening and comprehension skills
? Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and deep technical problem
solving
? Experience designing tools for financial digitalization, business automation, or
analytics workflows
? Familiarity with data science or machine learning concepts; hands-on experience is
a plus
? Integration experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft
Dynamics)
? Understanding of financial standards and controls (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP)
? Proficient in BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with modern data stack is a plus
Education & Experience
M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field; or B.S. with equivalent industry experience
