Job Purpose The main responsibility is to maintain and develop the Valvoline’s business, assist local distributors in conducting business, and achieve the company's sales goals. Job Accountabilities 1. Accomplish sales target in responsible area by maintaining and developing DB network and new customers developing. 2. Build up long term and stable business relationship with customers to defense and develop business. 3. Use company resource effectively, draft and implement market activities in local market. 4. Collect and analysis market information for company decision by monthly/weekly visit. 5. Implement company market strategies and policies. 6. Travel Requirements: Up to 60 % Job Qualifications 1. College degree or above, majoring in automotive and business 2. 5+years’ working experience, and at least 3+ years in lubricant and auto/auto-aftermarket sales experience. Competencies Desired 1. Strong ability of study and communication skill 2. Experience in lubricant and auto/auto-aftermarket industries 3. Good understanding of the basic structure of vehicles and basic knowledge of lubricants. 4. Result oriented and able to work under pressure 5. Having sales and training skills
