崗位職責(zé)：

1. 獨(dú)立完成海運(yùn)/空運(yùn)出口全流程操作，涵蓋訂單承接處理、訂艙、訂單跟進(jìn)、拖車(chē)安排及報(bào)關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)，確保各環(huán)節(jié)高效銜接。

2. 全程對(duì)接Shipper，主動(dòng)提供操作支持和服務(wù)，協(xié)助解決貨物運(yùn)輸中的各類(lèi)問(wèn)題，及時(shí)完成補(bǔ)料、費(fèi)用核對(duì)、繕制提單以及請(qǐng)款、付款流程；

3. 準(zhǔn)確高效完成公司系統(tǒng)的完善，并及時(shí)發(fā)送到貨通知，把準(zhǔn)確信息按時(shí)提供給國(guó)外。

4. 維系國(guó)內(nèi)外客戶(hù)及合作方關(guān)系，快速響應(yīng)并妥善處理突發(fā)緊急事務(wù)，保障貨運(yùn)鏈路順暢。

5. 積極配合公司內(nèi)部倉(cāng)位協(xié)調(diào)，能發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，也能解決問(wèn)題。

任職要求：

1. 3年以上國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)海運(yùn)出口操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉全流程操作規(guī)范，能獨(dú)立完成“一條龍”服務(wù)；

2. 具備較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力與應(yīng)急處理意識(shí)，善于解決實(shí)操中的各類(lèi)突發(fā)問(wèn)題；

3. 熟悉歐洲及國(guó)際貨運(yùn)相關(guān)政策與流程，工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能承受一定工作壓力。

4. 英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)流暢，可以熟練與國(guó)外分公司或客戶(hù)進(jìn)行郵件溝通。

Due to current business development, we are sincerely recruiting a Senior Operator responsible for end-to-end sea and air freight operations.

Position: Senior International Freight Operator (End-to-End Sea/Air Freight Operations)

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently complete the full process of sea/air export operations, including order acceptance and processing, booking, order follow-up, trucking arrangement and customs clearance coordination, ensuring efficient connection of all links.
2. Proactively engage with Shippers, provide operational support and customer service, assist in resolving various issues during cargo transportation, and timely complete documentation supplement, cost verification, bill of lading (B/L) preparation, as well as billing and payment processes.
3. Accurately and efficiently input the data in the company’s system, promptly send arrival notices, and provide accurate information to overseas parties on schedule.
4. Maintain relationships with domestic and foreign clients and partners, quickly respond to and properly handle emergencies to ensure the smooth operation of the freight management.
5. Actively cooperate with internal space coordination, identify problems and propose effective solutions.

Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience in sea export operations in the international freight forwarding industry, familiar with full-process operational specifications, and capable of independently providing "end-to-end" services.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, awareness of emergency handling, and proficiency in resolving various on-site unexpected issues.
3. Familiar with European and international freight-related policies and processes; meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under certain pressure.
4. Fluent in English reading and writing, capable of proficiently conducting email communication with overseas branches or clients.
5. Stable mindset, team spirit, willing to accept work adjustments from superiors, and actively respond to various changes in work.
