Responsibility:

- Record Keeping: Keep all activity related records as needed
- Import & Export support on lab related material
- Assist in managing laboratory-related orders and provide support for payment processing.
- Assist in managing lab instrument purchasing, repair and maintenance services
- Assist in 3rd party sourcing and onsite POU services
- Support EHS on related safety training programs for laboratory staff, ensuring understanding and adherence to safety practices.
- Support facility. Coordinate relevant departments and vendors to finalize the construction proposal. Implemented the acceptance job after construction completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to laboratory procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
? At least two years’ work experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Working experience in lab is preferred.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Highly Self-motivated and highly collaborative.
? Experience is MOSAIC, excel or other data visualization tools is plus
? Fluent in both Chinese and English
? Teamwork spirit is essential.
? Bachelor’s degree is required.
