1) 和機械設(shè)計工程師一起進(jìn)行概念設(shè)計Work with designer for new machine concept design
2) 參與電氣零部件的選型及定義 Define automatic element and selection
3) 預(yù)測電氣成本estimate automatic cost
4) 準(zhǔn)備電氣進(jìn)度時間計劃表prepare automation schedule
2. 自動化設(shè)計automation design
1) 與電氣供應(yīng)商一起完成電氣件的定義 work with supplier to finalize automatic elements
2) 提交電氣清單 prepare automatic elements BOM
3) 自動化程序設(shè)計Design programs
4) 跟蹤電氣件的采購進(jìn)度Follow up material prepare plan
5) 管理電氣成本manage and control automatic elements cost.
3. 設(shè)備自動化調(diào)試及驗收Program debugging and participate acceptance
1) 設(shè)備程序調(diào)試Program debugging
2) 與電工協(xié)同，指導(dǎo)電工工作 work with electrician and support them
3) 程序變更管理program ECR manage
4) 電氣部件資料的歸檔整理 Archive electric documents
