MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
主要職責
1. Employee Lifecycle Journey Operational Excellence員工全生命周期運營優(yōu)化
Responsible for all Employee Life-Cycle operational process across Greater
China Region (offices and stores), including manpower requests, recruitment,
on-boarding, probation review, transfer/promotion, performance review, contract
renew, termination etc.
負責大中華區(qū)(辦公室及門店)所有員工全生命周期的運營流程,包括人力需求申請、招聘、入職、試用期評估、調(diào)動/晉升、績效評估、合同續(xù)簽、離職等。
Monitor actual HC status to ensure within budget and collaborate with
C&B in budgeting/forecasting on actual HC matrix.
監(jiān)控實際人員編制(HC)狀態(tài),確保在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi),并與薪酬福利(C&B)團隊合作進行實際人員編制結(jié)構(gòu)的預(yù)算/預(yù)測。
Keep continued SOP optimizations in line with legal requirements and
company policy/procedures.
依據(jù)法律法規(guī)及公司政策/流程,持續(xù)優(yōu)化標準作業(yè)程序(SOP)。
Well keep employee p-files with accurate records. Act as a contact window
when employees raise questions relevant to HR operational processes and
escalate issues to relevant HRBPs if necessary.
妥善保管員工個人檔案,確保記錄準確。當員工就人力資源運營流程提出問題時,作為對接窗口響應(yīng),必要時向相關(guān)人力資源業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴(HRBP)上報問題。
2. HR System Maintenance and Data Accuracy人力資源系統(tǒng)維護與數(shù)據(jù)準確性
Responsible for HR systems maintenance and interface accuracy to make sure
the data source effectiveness, also with frequent collaboration with C&B
team regarding monthly productivity/retail pay analysis etc.
負責人力資源系統(tǒng)維護及接口準確性,確保數(shù)據(jù)源有效,并就月度生產(chǎn)力/零售薪酬分析等事宜與薪酬福利(C&B)團隊保持密切合作。
Generate trouble-shooting tickets to relevant system/IT support and keep
monitoring with final solutions or escalate if necessary.
向相關(guān)系統(tǒng)/IT支持部門提交故障排查工單,持續(xù)跟蹤直至問題解決,必要時進行升級處理。
3. HR Workforce Reporting and Analysis人力資源 workforce 報告與分析
Master regular HR Workforce Reports & Analysis such as Headcount &
Attrition Reports, Movement Status, HC Enrollment/Applications, Market Trends,
Exit Interviews, Org Charts etc.
精通常規(guī)人力資源 workforce 報告與分析,如人員數(shù)量及離職率報告、異動狀態(tài)、人員編制入冊/申請、市場趨勢、離職面談、組織架構(gòu)圖等。
Dashboard to reflect key monthly/quarterly highlights and trends.
通過儀表盤呈現(xiàn)月度/季度核心亮點及趨勢。
4. Projects Follow-ups項目跟進
Special Projects follow-ups with relevant BP to support ER cases/disciplinary
actions if necessary.
與相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴跟進特殊項目,必要時支持員工關(guān)系案例/紀律處分事宜。
5. Recruitment招聘
Support/participate in recruitment process by understanding needs,
requirements, selecting effective/multiple channels for junior positions (PT
for Hong Kong, Macau and TW, Intern for China) to make timely fulfilments.
Tracking recruitment actual costs/payments to Finance.
通過理解需求,為初級崗位(港澳臺地區(qū)兼職、中國大陸實習生)選擇有效且多元的渠道,支持/參與招聘流程,確保及時到崗。向財務(wù)部門跟蹤招聘實際成本/付款情況。

Internal:Office & Retail Stores,
HR BPs, C&B and Training.
內(nèi)部:辦公室及零售門店、人力資源業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴(HR BP)、薪酬福利(C&B)及培訓部門。
External:External vendors
including recruitment agencies and service providers
外部:外部供應(yīng)商,包括招聘機構(gòu)及服務(wù)提供商。

Key Experiences關(guān)鍵經(jīng)驗
At least 3+ years' relevant working experience in MNC. HRBP assistance
experience will be highly preferred.
至少3年以上跨國公司相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。有人力資源業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴(HRBP)助理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Strong sense on data & analysis with efficiency and logical thinking.
具備強烈的數(shù)據(jù)與分析意識,高效且邏輯思維清晰。
Detail-oriented and proactive, hands-on and sensitive to system
configuration.
注重細節(jié)、積極主動、務(wù)實且對系統(tǒng)配置敏感。
Passion and interest to develop HR career in top luxury industry.
有在頂級奢侈品行業(yè)發(fā)展人力資源職業(yè)生涯的熱情與興趣。
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills (Microsoft Office) and PC
skills.
熟練掌握微軟辦公軟件(Word、Excel、Outlook)及計算機操作技能。
Good bilingual communication skills.
良好的雙語溝通能力。
Education教育背景
Bachelor's degree and above
