Main Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
1.Product Cost Calculation & Maintenance
? Develop and maintain standard cost models for all factory products, incorporating direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overheads (including variable and fixed costs).
搭建并維護(hù)全系列工廠產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本模型，涵蓋直接材料、直接人工及制造費(fèi)用（含變動(dòng)成本與固定成本）
? Conduct regular cost roll-ups, variance analyses (e.g., material price variance, labor efficiency variance, overhead absorption variance), and reconcile standard costs with actual costs to ensure accuracy. 定期開展成本滾算、差異分析（如材料價(jià)格差異、人工效率差異、制造費(fèi)用吸收差異），核對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本與實(shí)際成本，確保數(shù)據(jù)精準(zhǔn)。
? Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to collect cost-related data (e.g., BOM details, production cycle times, machine utilization rates) and update cost models in line with process changes, new product launches, or material substitutions. 協(xié)同生產(chǎn)、采購(gòu)及工程團(tuán)隊(duì)收集成本相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)（如物料清單明細(xì)、生產(chǎn)周期、設(shè)備利用率），并根據(jù)工藝調(diào)整、新品上市或材料替代等情況，及時(shí)更新成本模型。
2.Cost Analysis & Optimization
? Analyze product cost structures to identify high-cost components, inefficient production processes, and potential cost-saving opportunities. 剖析產(chǎn)品成本結(jié)構(gòu)，定位高成本部件、低效生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)，挖掘降本增效潛力。
? Prepare detailed cost-benefit analyses for new product development, process improvement projects, and make-or-buy decisions, providing actionable recommendations to management. 為新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、工藝改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目及自制/外購(gòu)決策編制詳細(xì)的成本效益分析報(bào)告，向管理層提供切實(shí)可行的建議。
? Monitor trends in raw material prices, labor costs, and overhead expenses; forecast their impact on product costs and propose proactive cost control measures. 監(jiān)控原材料價(jià)格、人工成本及制造費(fèi)用的變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)，預(yù)測(cè)其對(duì)產(chǎn)品成本的影響，提出前瞻性成本管控措施。
3.Reporting & Projects
? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports, including cost breakdowns, variance explanations, and profitability analyses for each product line and production batch. ?按月、季、年編制成本報(bào)告，內(nèi)容涵蓋各產(chǎn)品線及生產(chǎn)批次的成本拆分、差異說(shuō)明與盈利分析。
? Assist in the annual budget and forecast process by providing accurate cost data and collaborating with departments to set realistic cost targets. 提供精準(zhǔn)成本數(shù)據(jù)，協(xié)同各部門設(shè)定合理成本目標(biāo)，助力年度預(yù)算與預(yù)測(cè)工作的開展。
? Lead and Complete product cost related projects such as Nxtools yearly updates etc. 負(fù)責(zé)主導(dǎo)以及高質(zhì)量完成產(chǎn)品成本相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目例如年度Nxtools更新等。
4.Ad-Hoc Request 臨時(shí)任務(wù)
Proactively, timely and high-quality complete ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Main Requirements 主要職位要求
?Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Finance, Statistics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Electrification Engineering, related preferred.
本科或以上學(xué)歷，財(cái)務(wù)，統(tǒng)計(jì)，自動(dòng)化，工業(yè)工程，電氣工程 或項(xiàng)目管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
?5+ years of working experience in cost accounting or product cost analysis, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing/factory environment. Proven experience in building and maintaining standard cost systems, conducting variance analysis, and supporting cost optimization projects. 5年以上成本會(huì)計(jì)或產(chǎn)品成本分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且擁有2年以上制造業(yè)/工廠環(huán)境工作經(jīng)歷。具備搭建并維護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本體系、開展差異分析、推動(dòng)成本優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目的實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?Profound knowledge of cost accounting principles, manufacturing processes, BOM management, and overhead allocation methods. 精通成本會(huì)計(jì)原理、制造流程、物料清單管理及制造費(fèi)用分?jǐn)偡椒ā?br>?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide practical solutions. 具備出色的分析與解決問(wèn)題能力，能夠解讀復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)、識(shí)別發(fā)展趨勢(shì)并提出務(wù)實(shí)解決方案。
