崗位職責(zé)：
1.全域數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)歸集：統(tǒng)籌歸集事業(yè)部各項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)（設(shè)備運(yùn)行參數(shù)、發(fā)電量、備件消耗等）與經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)（成本、收入、效益指標(biāo)），建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化采集流程；
2.數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控與治理：設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)完整性、準(zhǔn)確性、時(shí)效性校驗(yàn)規(guī)則，建立異常自動告警機(jī)制并推動問題閉環(huán)修復(fù)；
3.數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)目錄維護(hù)：定義并維護(hù)事業(yè)部級數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)目錄，明確技術(shù)/經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)的存儲位置、更新頻率、責(zé)任人及訪問權(quán)限；
4.數(shù)據(jù)安全與合規(guī)管理：制定數(shù)據(jù)分級分類管理規(guī)范，監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)訪問日志，確保符合公司安全政策及行業(yè)合規(guī)要求；
5.數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)能力建設(shè)：基于業(yè)務(wù)需求，開發(fā)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)（如自動生成設(shè)備臺賬、備件消耗清單等），提升數(shù)據(jù)可用性與使用效率。
任職資格：
1.精通數(shù)據(jù)全生命周期管理（采集→清洗→存儲→應(yīng)用），具備構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量控制體系的能力；
2. 熟悉風(fēng)電領(lǐng)域特有數(shù)據(jù)類型與系統(tǒng)（如SCADA實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)、CMS振動數(shù)據(jù)、成本數(shù)據(jù)），能快速理解業(yè)務(wù)語義；
3.具備將原始數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為可復(fù)用數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的能力（如構(gòu)建設(shè)備健康度評估數(shù)據(jù)模型），推動數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值顯性化；
