崗位職責 Responsibilities:
* 工藝優(yōu)化與改進，分析現有的生產工藝流程，設計并實施工藝改進方案，開展工時測定，產能分析
Process optimization and improvement, analyze exixting production processes,
design and implement process improvement solutions, conduct itme studies,
capacity analysis.
* 負責指定新產品的工藝流程，作業(yè)指導書和控制計劃
Develop process flow charts, SOP and control plans for new product.
* 快速響應并解決生產的異常技術問題，并原因分析
Respond quickly to ad reslove abnormal technical isues on production line, and
performing root caus(RCA).
* 減少生產過程中的異常，提升產品質量和一致性
Reduce variation in the production process to improve produce quality and
consistency.
* 工裝夾具的設計及改進
Design fixtures and improvement
* 與生產，質量，采購，技術部門緊密合作，確保項目的順利推進
Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing and Technical departments to
ensure the smooth progress of process projects
* 與廠商溝通，解決來料或者外協加工相關的工藝問題
Communicate with supplier to resolve process-related issues with incoming
material or outsourced processing.,
* 標準化文檔的制作
Standardization & Documentation

崗位要求 Requirements:
* 機械等相關理工科專業(yè),本科及以上學歷
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering relevant major.
* 需要有2年以上機械行業(yè)工作經驗，有1年項目管理經驗為佳
Above 2 years machinal experience in manufacturing, better with 1 year
experience in project management.
* 英語讀說寫基礎
Basic Communication with English
* 熟練使用CAD繪圖2D或者3D軟件繪圖
Proficient in using 2D/3D software ,such as CAD .
* 熟悉使用Office
Proficient in using Office.
