設(shè)計(jì)制冷
1. Be product modification ticket leader
2. Make concept design of component
3. Make structure design and create/modify 3D modelling.
4. Make/modify 2D drawing to define/change dimension, tolerance and specification
5. Calculate the design tolerance chain (worst case & RSS)
6. Communicate with SDE/process/supplier to optimize the design
7. Compose DFMEA for design changes and finalize it with relevant function
8. Planning design/design change verification test basing on DFMEA output.
9. Communicate sourcing or supplier to order prototypes for verification
10. Manage prototype inspection, selection, assembly and order verification test
11. Evaluate verification test result
12. Drawing and specification release in SAP
13. Provide evaluation on component functionality impact of deviations when required
14. Coordinate with other functional groups during design process
15. Documentation of design meet ISO9000 requirement
16. Continuous improvement on work efficiency
17. Make product packing design and modification
18. Make compressor installation accessory design and modification
19. Follow plant EHS requirement
20. Be responsible on other work which are assigned

崗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics or refrigeration related
2. Min. 8 years relevant working experience in R&D or Engineering area.
3. Master 3D/2D
4. Project management experience is better
5. Good English skill in speak, read and write.
6. Skilled Creo
7. Knowledge on material and machining/assembly process
8. Knowledge on refrigeration system
9. Analytical thinking
10. Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented
11. Be capable of working independently and in teams
12. Open mind and straightforward
