崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)海外全業(yè)務(wù)推廣和銷售機(jī)會(huì)跟蹤,完成銷售任務(wù)指標(biāo);
2.負(fù)責(zé)客戶及渠道開拓,對(duì)銷售項(xiàng)目和市場(chǎng)情況及時(shí)總結(jié)匯報(bào),對(duì)所涉及問題提出合理化建議;
3.負(fù)責(zé)客戶關(guān)系維系,客戶滿意度跟蹤,以便管理優(yōu)化、續(xù)簽達(dá)成及項(xiàng)目持續(xù)良好運(yùn)營(yíng)等;
4.負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目過程中的招投標(biāo)、簽約、回款、資源協(xié)調(diào)等工作;
5.協(xié)調(diào)不良事件或緊急事件的處理,不限于對(duì)接醫(yī)院、廠家等外部客戶及集團(tuán)內(nèi)相關(guān)部門;
6.按時(shí)完成公司及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,有3年以上醫(yī)療裝備或售后服務(wù)相關(guān)的市場(chǎng)/銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.有一定的海外市場(chǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉非洲或東南亞任一市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;
3.精通英語(yǔ),能進(jìn)行口頭和書面商務(wù)洽談;
4.具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力,較強(qiáng)的談判能力和說服力,較強(qiáng)的資源協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Job Responsibilities:
1、Lead overseas business promotion and sales opportunity tracking to achieve sales targets.
2、Develop clients/channels, report market insights, and provide recommendations.
3、Maintain customer relationships, track satisfaction, and ensure contract renewals.
4、Manage bidding, contracts, payment collection, and resource coordination.
Handle emergencies by liaising with hospitals, manufacturers, and internal teams.
5、Complete assigned tasks promptly.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of marketing/sales experience related to medical equipment or after-sales service;
2、Have certain overseas market work experience and be familiar with the development status of any market in Africa or Southeast Asia;
3、Proficient in English, able to conduct oral and written business negotiations;
4、Strong communication skills, negotiation and persuasion abilities, and resource coordination skills.
