Overall Responsibility:
Fully responsible for formulating and implementing the company's talent acquisition strategy; establishing and optimizing performance management systems and processes; developing HR policies and promoting corporate culture. Ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality fulfillment of talent demands across all departments, providing strong talent support for organizational development.
Job Duties:
1. Develop annual/quarterly recruitment plans and budgets based on the company's strategic goals and business needs.
2. Formulate differentiated talent acquisition strategies for social recruitment, campus recruitment, and overseas recruitment.
3. Design and continuously optimize the company's end-to-end recruitment processes, systems, and standards.
4. Establish a talent pipeline and succession planning mechanism for key positions.
5. Manage third-party recruitment partners (e.g., headhunters, job portals) and control recruitment costs.
6. Oversee the selection and relationship maintenance with target universities; plan and organize campus events such as information sessions and job fairs for employer branding.
7. Establish and maintain overseas recruitment channels (e.g., international job platforms, LinkedIn, overseas headhunters) to support global business expansion.
8. Coordinate and handle matters related to cross-border recruitment compliance, visas, compensation, and benefits.
9. Optimize and refine the employee performance management system; assist in supervising and improving the performance evaluation processes across departments.
10. Develop a recruitment data monitoring system; analyze results of employee performance management and provide application recommendations.
11. Assist the HR Manager in formulating/optimizing behavioral guidelines based on company values, embedding core values into systems, promoting corporate culture, and understanding employee feedback and sentiment.
12. Prepare work reports, provide recommendations to the HR Manager on HR strategy and organizational development, supervise plan implementation, and contribute to improving the company's overall management standards.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by HRM.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
2. 8+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in recruitment team management.
3. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with the ability to influence business decisions.
4. Sensitive to cultural differences and adaptable to an international work environment.
5. Familiar with labor laws, employment contract regulations, and related HR policies.
6. Proficient in end-to-end recruitment process management and operational details.
7. Strong data analysis skills, capable of data-driven decision-making.
8. Fluent in English (spoken and written) for professional use.
9. Resilient under pressure, responsible, proactive, and positive.

2、 針對(duì)社會(huì)招聘、校園招聘、海外招聘制定差異化人才獲取策略;
3、 設(shè)計(jì)并持續(xù)優(yōu)化公司招聘全流程、制度與標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
4、 建立人才儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)與關(guān)鍵崗位繼任者計(jì)劃?rùn)C(jī)制;
5、 管理獵頭、招聘網(wǎng)站等第三方合作機(jī)構(gòu),控制招聘成本;
6、 統(tǒng)籌目標(biāo)院校選擇與合作關(guān)系維護(hù)、策劃并組織實(shí)施校園宣講會(huì)、招聘會(huì)等品牌宣傳活動(dòng);
7、 根據(jù)海外業(yè)務(wù)拓展需求, 建立并維護(hù)海外招聘渠道(國(guó)際招聘平臺(tái)、領(lǐng)英、海外獵頭等);
8、 協(xié)調(diào)處理跨國(guó)招聘中的法律合規(guī)、簽證、薪酬福利等事宜;
9、 負(fù)責(zé)優(yōu)化和完善員工績(jī)效管理體系;協(xié)助監(jiān)督控制各部門績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程并不斷完善績(jī)效管理體系;
10、建立招聘數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控體系;員工績(jī)效管理的結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)分析及應(yīng)用建議;
11、 協(xié)助人事經(jīng)理制定/優(yōu)化價(jià)值觀行為準(zhǔn)則,核心價(jià)值觀落地與制度建設(shè),企業(yè)文化宣傳,洞察員工思想動(dòng)態(tài)與反饋;
12、編制工作報(bào)告,向人事經(jīng)理提供有關(guān)人力資源戰(zhàn)略,組織建設(shè)等方面的建議和各種規(guī)劃,監(jiān)督計(jì)劃的實(shí)施,致力于提高公司的綜合管理水平;
13、上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
任職資格:
1、 本科學(xué)歷及以上,人力資源、管理、心理學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2、 8年以上人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少5年以上招聘團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、 出色的跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能影響業(yè)務(wù)部門決策;
4、 對(duì)文化差異有敏銳感知,適應(yīng)國(guó)際化工作環(huán)境;
5、 熟悉勞動(dòng)法、勞動(dòng)合同法及相關(guān)人事法規(guī)政策;
6、 精通招聘全流程管理與各環(huán)節(jié)操作要點(diǎn);
7、 具備優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)決策;
8、 英語(yǔ)流利聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力,能作為工作語(yǔ)言;
9、 抗壓能力強(qiáng),有責(zé)任心,工作主動(dòng)積極向上。
