1. 2. Qualification of all inbound leads from Salesforce within 1 business day, with target in achieving opportunities creation by pushing for appointments through site visits or product demonstration
在1個(gè)工作日內(nèi)確認(rèn)所有來自Salesforce的潛在客戶,目標(biāo)是通過現(xiàn)場訪問或產(chǎn)品演示來推動(dòng)預(yù)約,從而創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)
o Understanding different marketing channels: tradeshow, seminar, web form and utilizing the information to sell and convince customers for Cognex products & solutions.
了解不同的營銷渠道:展會(huì)、研討會(huì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)研討會(huì),并利用信息向客戶推銷康耐視的產(chǎn)品和解決方案
o Consolidating useful information such as company name, company address, mobile number, job title into the lead before passing to field sales engineer
將公司名稱、公司地址、手機(jī)號碼、職位等有用信息整合到線索中,然后再傳遞給現(xiàn)場銷售工程師
o Uncovering customers’ needs such as project requirements, problems faced, Part number for replacements so Field Sales can easily work on the next stops
了解客戶需求,如項(xiàng)目要求、面臨的問題、更換的零件型號,以便現(xiàn)場銷售人員可以輕松地在下一站開展工作
3. Prompt response to day-to-day operations and flexibility in adapting to different environments, campaigns and changes.
對日常運(yùn)作做出快速反應(yīng),并能靈活適應(yīng)不同的環(huán)境、活動(dòng)和變化。
Qualification:
1. Competent in telephonic communications and strong sales skill.
有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力以及銷售技巧
2. Strong insight into the customer needs, as well as ability to research the market and customer to create new opportunities.
有較強(qiáng)的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)以及洞察市場并開發(fā)新機(jī)會(huì)的能力
3. Minimum 1 years working experience as inside sales or relevant position in international company.
至少1年的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4. Priority at computer skills and Salesforce tool.
熟練使用Salesforce工具優(yōu)先
5. A good team player, is able to work under pressure and excited about challenges and wants to continually learn.
具有強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊(duì)責(zé)任感,抗壓力強(qiáng),進(jìn)取心和學(xué)習(xí)能力
6. Good understanding of sales process, familiar with industrial or automation products, experience of selling technical products is a plus.

7. Experience of vision or ID industry is a plus

8. Ability to converse in mainly Chinese with customers and English for regular meetings
