Key Responsibilities:
? Works with all functions to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects.
? Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client business objectives.
? Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks.
? Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management.
? Identifies resourcing needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
? Participates in negotiation of contract terms and conditions and ensures compliance with contract terms for project consultants and vendors.
? Identifies project issues that impact project delivery and escalate to management.
? Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
? Manages multiple small and/or medium-sized projects ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets.
? Liaises between project team, project sponsor, and business group.
? Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Job Requirements
? Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short-and long-term impacts and act decisively
? Experience working with project planning and tracking tools
? Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and ensure that the necessary technical skills are included with the project team and utilized appropriately
? Some knowledge of technology platforms and environments
? Experience using a defined project management and/or SDLC methodology
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
? Minimum 10 years of experience, previous exposures in ERP / Financial Management System / HRMS system / Microsoft PowerBI projects are highly preferred.
? Proficiency in ERP implementation, system integration, proceed optimization and implementation.
? PMP, PRINCE 2, ITIL, Microsoft certification would be an advantage.
? A user-oriented, logical thinking and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
? Fluency in oral & written English and Chinese.
? Proven ability to build strong and productive relationships with internal and external partner.
