We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead of AI Tech team
Responsibilities:
1. Explore the possibility of AI adoption in various business scenarios and provide solutions.
2. Be responsible for the overall design and implementation of AI projects in group, including model training, inference, deployment, monitoring and etc.
3. Evaluate appropriate AI technologies and tools, including hardware, software, and cloud services.
4. Lead team to design scalable, high-performance, secure, and reliable AI solutions to meet business needs.
5. Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and tools, including hardware, software, and cloud services.
6. Research and explore how to efficiently train, fine-tune, and deploy AI solutions.
7. Support the implementation and optimization of AI strategy
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in AI, and at least 2 years of experience in AI architecture design.
3. Proficient in the core concepts and algorithms of AI and Machine Learning, including Deep Learning, NLP or CV.
4. Familiar with Machine/Deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
5. Familiar with the adoption of LLM models in market, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Qwen, DeepSeek.
6. Familiar with cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure;
7. Experience in the construction of AI Agent, Agent flow, capable to design and implement AI solutions.
8. Possess strong programming skills, familiar with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
9. Nice to have the experience in model deployment, GPU computing power management.
Other expectation:
Organizational leadership to be able to lead and transform organizational capability.
Technology domain knowledge in setting up a quality assurance function in a large-scale enterprise application platform.
The candidate should have in-depth understanding of IT engineering work, and hands-on experience in development lifecycle and application deployment.
Act as a liaison between technology and business teams ensuring systems align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value
Business domain knowledge in various banking business and experience in a large-scale program.
Knowledge of agile methodology
The candidate should demonstrate strong hands-on delivery management capability
