崗位職責(zé)
1、參與推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品生命周期的執(zhí)行工作，包括產(chǎn)品與市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析、需求梳理、測(cè)試及產(chǎn)品上線等環(huán)節(jié)。
2、將產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)化為詳細(xì)需求，用于原型設(shè)計(jì)及最終交付給產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理團(tuán)隊(duì)。
3、與運(yùn)營、生產(chǎn)及銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作，推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品發(fā)布；合理調(diào)配資源，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)工作目標(biāo)順利達(dá)成。
4、完成其他相關(guān)指派工作任務(wù)。
1.Take participate to drive the execution of product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, requirements, testing and launching
2.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final deliver to product manager teams
3.Collaborate closely with operation, production and sales team, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for team
4.Complete other relevant assigned tasks.
崗位基本需求
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。?
2、3 年及以上物流配送相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉物流配送流程及供應(yīng)商管理邏輯。?
3、英語熟練，聽說讀寫能力良好，能順利開展商務(wù)溝通與合作談判。?。
4、有出色的溝通協(xié)調(diào)與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，工作積極主動(dòng)，具備主人翁意識(shí)。
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines.
2.At least 3 years of experience in logistics and distribution, with a good command of logistics and distribution processes as well as the logic of supplier management.
3.Proficiency in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and the ability to conduct business communication and cooperative negotiations smoothly.
4.Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork abilities; strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, and ownership mindset.
