1. Demand Forecasting & Analysis
Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models based on historical data and market trends
Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans
2. 騎手供給與排班管理
負責制定合理的騎手排班計劃，實現(xiàn)供需高效匹配
管理日常排班庫存，確保不同區(qū)域、時段的運力覆蓋
2. Rider Supply & Shift Management
Develop effective rider scheduling plans to ensure supply-demand alignment
Manage daily shift inventory to guarantee adequate coverage across zones and time slots
3. 實時監(jiān)控與運營優(yōu)化
建立實時供需監(jiān)控機制，識別供給不足或冗余區(qū)域
快速響應市場變化，動態(tài)調(diào)整區(qū)域配置與排班計劃
調(diào)整履約半徑、擴大服務邊界，或臨時壓縮運營區(qū)域，保障核心區(qū)域履約
3. Real-Time Monitoring & Operational Adjustment
Implement real-time dashboards to monitor live supply-demand balance
React quickly to fluctuations by reassigning zones and shifts dynamically
Dynamic resizing of delivery zones to protect service quality in core areas
4. 策略制定與流程優(yōu)化
參與騎手上線規(guī)則、跨區(qū)域派單策略、庫存釋放機制等制度設計
優(yōu)化騎手排班效率、上線率與履約率，提升整體運營表現(xiàn)
基于履約數(shù)據(jù)，推動 rider utilization、服務覆蓋率的持續(xù)優(yōu)化
4. Strategy & Process Optimization
Contribute to the design of onboarding policies, cross-zone dispatch logic, and shift release mechanisms
Continuously optimize rider shift efficiency, activation rate, and fulfillment KPIs
Design and run structured A/B tests and impact analysis for shift and supply policy refinements
5. 跨部門協(xié)作
與市場、履約、數(shù)據(jù)等團隊緊密協(xié)作，推動策略落地
協(xié)調(diào)3PL與自營騎手資源，靈活應對突發(fā)供需變化
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data teams to execute operational strategies
Coordinate between 3PL partners and in-house fleets to adapt to real-time demand shocks
崗位基本需求
? 任職資格 / Requirements
本科及以上學歷，數(shù)據(jù)、運營、物流或供應鏈管理等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先
至少1年排班、調(diào)度、供需管理等相關經(jīng)驗，有騎手平臺或物流經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
熟練使用 表格、SQL 等工具，具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析與問題解決能力
良好的溝通協(xié)作能力，具備多任務處理與跨部門協(xié)同推進能力
對細節(jié)敏感，能在壓力環(huán)境下快速做出判斷與調(diào)整
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Operations, Logistics, Data, or Supply Chain-related fields
1+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or supply-demand operations; experience in rider platforms or logistics is a plus
Proficiency in SQL, and data analysis tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
Detail-oriented and able to make quick decisions under pressure
