With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage! 崗位職責(zé) 廣告投放策略&管理 1. 負(fù)責(zé)某一個主流效果廣告平臺(如Google、Facebook、TikTok等)的日常運營與管理,包括賬戶搭建、關(guān)鍵詞選取、營銷活動定位、用戶分層和篩選、出價優(yōu)化、消耗節(jié)奏等,不斷提升廣告投放的質(zhì)量與效果; 2. 定期對本渠道的廣告投放策略進行復(fù)盤與優(yōu)化,根據(jù)市場動態(tài)、用戶行為變化及投放數(shù)據(jù)反饋,及時調(diào)整策略方向,保障廣告投放始終保持高效; 廣告創(chuàng)意策劃與優(yōu)化? 1. 協(xié)同設(shè)計部門,策劃富有吸引力與轉(zhuǎn)化力的廣告創(chuàng)意,包括廣告文案、圖片、視頻等素材的構(gòu)思與制作指導(dǎo),確保廣告內(nèi)容能夠有效吸引用戶關(guān)注并激發(fā)其行動; 2. 基于 A/B 測試等方法,對廣告創(chuàng)意進行持續(xù)優(yōu)化,通過分析不同創(chuàng)意版本的投放數(shù)據(jù),挖掘用戶喜好與行為規(guī)律,不斷迭代創(chuàng)意內(nèi)容,提高廣告的點擊率、轉(zhuǎn)化率等關(guān)鍵指標(biāo); 數(shù)據(jù)分析與效果評估? 1. 實時收集、整理與分析廣告投放數(shù)據(jù),包括曝光量、點擊量、轉(zhuǎn)化率、成本等關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),深入洞察廣告投放效果及用戶行為路徑; 2. 定期出具詳細(xì)、專業(yè)的廣告投放效果評估報告,通過數(shù)據(jù)可視化呈現(xiàn)投放成果,精準(zhǔn)定位問題與機會點,并提出針對性的優(yōu)化建議與解決方案,為廣告投放決策提供有力的數(shù)據(jù)支持;? 3. 運用數(shù)據(jù)分析手段,對用戶進行細(xì)分與畫像,深入了解不同用戶群體的特征與需求,實現(xiàn)廣告的精準(zhǔn)定向投放,提升廣告投放的精準(zhǔn)度與投資回報率。? Advertising Strategy & Management 1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of a major performance advertising platform (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok), including account setup, campaign targeting, user segmentation and filtering, bid optimization, and pacing—continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of ad campaigns. 2. Regularly review and optimize advertising strategies for the assigned platform. Adjust strategic direction in a timely manner based on market dynamics, user behavior changes, and performance feedback to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness. Ad Creative Planning & Optimization 1. Collaborate with the design team to plan compelling and conversion-driven ad creatives, including ad copy, images, videos, etc. Guide the production process to ensure the content effectively captures user attention and drives action. 2. Continuously optimize creative content using methods such as A/B testing. Analyze performance data of different creative versions to identify user preferences and behavior patterns, iterating to improve key metrics such as CTR and conversion rate. Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation 1. Collect, organize, and analyze real-time advertising data, including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, cost metrics, etc., to gain deep insights into campaign performance and user behavior. 2. Produce detailed and professional performance reports regularly, using data visualization to clearly present results. Identify issues and opportunities, and propose actionable optimization recommendations and solutions to support informed decision-making. 3. Leverage data analysis to segment users and build user profiles, gaining a thorough understanding of different audience groups’ characteristics and needs. This enables highly targeted advertising and improved return on investment. 崗位基本需求 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,海內(nèi)外名校畢業(yè)優(yōu)先,統(tǒng)計學(xué)、計算機科學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2. 工作經(jīng)驗?:2年以上海外效果廣告投放經(jīng)驗; 3. 英文流利,順暢溝通; 4. 熟悉互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè),對海外主流效果廣告平臺(如Google、Facebook、TikTok等)有實操經(jīng)驗; 5. 具備扎實的廣告投放專業(yè)知識,精通廣告投放策略制定、渠道管理、創(chuàng)意策劃、數(shù)據(jù)分析等各個環(huán)節(jié),能夠制定并執(zhí)行高效的廣告投放方案; 6. 熟練掌握數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,能夠運用數(shù)據(jù)分析方法對廣告投放數(shù)據(jù)進行深入挖掘與分析,具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度與數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動決策能力; 7. 具備高度的責(zé)任心與敬業(yè)精神,工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),注重細(xì)節(jié),對工作結(jié)果有強烈的追求與擔(dān)當(dāng)。? 1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university (domestic or international); majors in Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred. 2. 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance advertising for overseas markets. 3. Fluent in English with strong communication skills. 4. Familiar with the internet industry, with practical experience on major global performance advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok). 5. Solid knowledge of advertising operations, including strategy development, channel management, creative planning, and data analysis; capable of independently designing and executing effective advertising campaigns. 6. Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, able to extract insights from advertising data with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities. 7.
