Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's global business strategy, formulate annual/quarterly channel development plans, analyze regional market trends, and identify opportunities in emerging markets.
2. Design overseas channel architecture, formulate partner grading management system and cooperation policy, optimize channel layout, balance regional coverage density and market potential, and ensure that the channel network matches the company's growth target.
3. Lead overseas new channel development, select, negotiate and sign high-quality channel partners, and establish long-term strategic cooperative relationships.
4. Formulate channel incentive policies, resolve channel conflicts, and maintain the health of the channel ecosystem.
5. Be responsible for the construction and management of the channel sales team, provide training and guidance to team members, and enhance team capabilities.
6. Be responsible for the risk control and compliance management of the channels, assess the impact of geopolitical and economic fluctuations on regional channels, and formulate emergency response plans.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent English, can be used as working language.
2. More than 10 years of experience in industrial product channel sales management, over 3 years of overseas channel management experience. Overseas working experience is mandatory. Experience in the analytical instrument industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with the channel sales management system, possessing systematic channel management thinking, and rich experience in managing channel sales team.
4. Can accept global business trips (Europe, Asia, America) or short-term stays in target countries.
5. This position is preferred to be based in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, with mature
experience in the post can be home office.
