1. Client
Development & Maintenance客戶開發(fā)和維護:
o Assist
the sales team in developing new clients (furniture manufacturers, custom
brands, interior design firms, etc.) and maintaining existing client
relationships to achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment recovery
協(xié)助銷售團隊開發(fā)新客戶(家具制造商、定制品牌、室內(nèi)設(shè)計公司等),維護現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo),確保及時收回付款;
o Track
client needs, provide panel selection recommendations (e.g., environmental
certifications, surface finishes, specifications), and resolve technical issues
(e.g., moisture resistance, machining performance)跟蹤客戶需求,提供面板選擇建議(如環(huán)境認證、表面光潔度、規(guī)格),并解決技術(shù)問題(如防潮性、加工性能);
2. Market
Research & Analysis市場調(diào)研與分析:
o Collect
regional market dynamics (competitor products, price fluctuations, client
demand shifts), compile and share insights with the team to optimize channel
policies 收集區(qū)域市場動態(tài)(競爭對手產(chǎn)品、價格波動、客戶需求變化),匯編并與團隊分享見解,以優(yōu)化渠道政策;
o Assist
in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports, analyze data trends, and propose
actionable improvements 協(xié)助準備每周/每月的銷售報告,分析數(shù)據(jù)趨勢,并提出可行的改進措施;
3. Order
Processing & After-Sales Support訂單處理和售后支持:
o Process
client orders, coordinate logistics/warehousing for timely delivery
處理客戶訂單,協(xié)調(diào)物流/倉儲以確保及時交付;
o Address
post-sales inquiries (e.g., quality disputes, restocking requests) to ensure
client satisfaction 處理售后咨詢(如質(zhì)量糾紛、補貨請求),以確??蛻魸M意;
4. Product
Knowledge & Training產(chǎn)品知識與培訓(xùn):
o Study
Kronospan’s product lines (MFC, PB, MDF, etc.), including features and
applications, and assist in creating training materials
研究Kronospan的產(chǎn)品線(MFC、PB、MDF等),包括功能和應(yīng)用,并協(xié)助制作培訓(xùn)材料;
o Conduct
client training sessions on environmental standards (e.g., F4 Star
Certification) and machining guidelines 舉辦關(guān)于環(huán)境標(biāo)準(如F4星級認證)和加工指南的客戶培訓(xùn)課程;
5. Cross-Department
Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, logistics, and marketing teams to
ensure seamless order fulfillment and client needs delivery 跨部門協(xié)作:與技術(shù)、物流和營銷團隊合作,確保無縫訂單履行和客戶需求交付。
候選人要求:
1. 市場營銷、木材科學(xué)、國際貿(mào)易或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位;
2. 1年以上B2B銷售或客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗,最好在家具、建筑材料或相關(guān)行業(yè);
3. 熟悉CRM/ERP訂單處理系統(tǒng);
4. 面板行業(yè)標(biāo)準的基本知識,有跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
5. 熟練掌握Excel、PPT和數(shù)據(jù)分析工具;
6. 較強的溝通和談判能力,接受偶爾出差;
7. 英語六級,日常操作英語流利;
8. 抗壓能力強,目標(biāo)明確,有團隊合作精神;
9. 對可持續(xù)材料充滿熱情,并與公司對環(huán)境管理的承諾保持一致。
