Clinical ITBP作為IT的對接人整體服務于全公司。包括幫助業(yè)務制定數(shù)字化戰(zhàn)略方向,業(yè)務需求發(fā)現(xiàn)和交付,項目執(zhí)行,IT服務質量和客戶關系管理。這個角色需要了解市場挑戰(zhàn),業(yè)務痛點,客戶優(yōu)先事項以及如何利用適合的IT技術來賦能業(yè)務,為業(yè)務負責人提供服務,并與關鍵利益相關者合作,通過有效使用IT技術來實現(xiàn)業(yè)務目標。該角色的主要目標包括,
Clinical ITBP has the overall responsibility to work as IT interface with CDS in WuXi Group for the purpose of business strategy development, business requirement discovery and delivery, project implementation, IT service quality and customer relationship management. The role needs to know market challenges, business pain points, customer priorities and how to leverage appropriate IT technology to enable business. He or she serves business leads and work with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives through the effective use of IT technology. The main objectives of the role include,

Overall responsible for the daily operation of IT systems, including network infrastructure services, information security services, and IT business application systems.
?與業(yè)務負責人和其他關鍵利益相關者合作,根據(jù)預定義的標準定義業(yè)務機會并確定業(yè)務利益。
Partner with business leads and other key stakeholders to define business opportunities and identify the business benefits based on predefined criteria.
?為業(yè)務提供有價值的戰(zhàn)略咨詢級別支持和指導。
Provide valuable strategic consulting level support and guidance to business.
?對接關鍵業(yè)務聯(lián)系人,推廣IT服務以及能力。
Operate as the key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services as well as capabilities.
?確保IT技術產(chǎn)品/解決方案滿足業(yè)務需求。
Ensure IT technology products/solutions fulfilled with business needs.

Lead business requirement discussion. Specify business cases and quantify business benefits with business.

?作為值得信賴的顧問為業(yè)務客戶提供IT咨詢服務
Serve as trusted advisor to provide IT consulting service to business customers
?根據(jù)業(yè)務需求/戰(zhàn)略確定IT項目的優(yōu)先級
Prioritize IT projects based on business needs/strategy
?處理業(yè)務投訴
Be the escalation point to proceed the complaint from business
?協(xié)調(diào)業(yè)務與技術團隊之間的溝通
Coordinate the communication between business and technical team.
?管理IT投資并跟蹤IT費用支出
Manage IT investment and portfolio and trace IT spending.
任職要求:
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS資格和要求:
?約5年IT相關工作經(jīng)驗,至少1年業(yè)務合作伙伴和分析經(jīng)驗About 5 years IT related working experience and minimum 1 years business partner and analysis experience with good track records
?學士學位或以上,計算機科學或信息學專業(yè)
Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or Informatics. MBA is a plus.
?強大的客戶關系管理技能Strong customer management skills
?豐富的項目管理經(jīng)驗Strong project management skills
?良好的溝通和人際交往能力,包括正式演講技能Good communication and interpersonal skill including formal presentation skillset.
?能夠有效地和跨職能團隊合作Proven the ability to work effectively across functional lines
EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline)教育背景:
?學士學位或以上,計算機科學或信息學專業(yè)
Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or Informatics. MBA is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE其他技能和經(jīng)驗:

?GMP / GLP經(jīng)驗Knowledge of GMP/GLP experience is a plus.
?CRM/CTMS/Lab System經(jīng)驗Knowledge of CRM/CTMS/Lab System experience is a plus.
?醫(yī)療保健行業(yè)經(jīng)驗Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
?中英文溝通技能Bilingual (English & Chinese) communication skill.
