Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement [80%]

Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities to achieve order intake targets and key account development targets in the following aspects:
通過專業(yè)的銷售活動(dòng),拓展現(xiàn)有客戶和新客戶的業(yè)務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)以下幾個(gè)方面的入單目標(biāo)和大客戶開發(fā)目標(biāo):
? Develop and maintain automotive supply chain Key Accounts (KAs), exploring potential business opportunities;
? 開發(fā)和維護(hù)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈關(guān)鍵客戶,挖掘潛在商機(jī);
? Promptly respond to and follow up on customer inquiries;
? 及時(shí)響應(yīng)并跟進(jìn)客戶的問詢;
? Drive and coordinate internal resources to secure customer cooperation projects;
? 推動(dòng)和協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源,以獲取客戶合作項(xiàng)目;
? Prepare agreements and quotations for customers and support solution presentations in face-to-face meetings or teleconferences;
? 為客戶準(zhǔn)備協(xié)議與報(bào)價(jià),并支持面對(duì)面或電話會(huì)議中的解決方案演示;
? Collect market intelligence, including information on competitors and automotive industry trends;
? 收集市場(chǎng)信息,包括競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手及汽車行業(yè)趨勢(shì);
? Ensure proper invoicing and customer payment collection to meet company requirements;

? Organize marketing activities to support business development and enhance the brand image of TüV Austria;

? Participate in assigned technical training to continuously improve technical knowledge;

? Adhere to sales operation policies in daily sales activities;

? Attend sales meetings or other meetings as assigned by the Line Manager as required;

? Complete sales reports or documents as required by the Business Line;

任職條件
Qualifications
? Associate degree or higher;
? 大?;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷;
? Strong learning, organizational, and communication skills;
? 優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)、組織與溝通能力;
? Excellent market development skills, with the ability to build high-level customer relationships;
? 出色的市場(chǎng)開拓能力,具備建立高層客戶關(guān)系的能力;
? Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry;
? 至少3年汽車行業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
? Experience in homologation, automotive functional safety, or cybersecurity is preferred;
? 具備汽車合規(guī)認(rèn)證、功能安全或網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
? Good command of English, both oral and written.
? 良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書面能力。
