崗位職責(zé):
'-To develop, in cooperation with the operation team and function team, a sales plan (“Fish Pool” methodology) to build & grow the business with OEMs and Ts suppliers clients;
-To build and maintain regular relationship with key persons within Purchasing, Quality, Parts Quality, Technical departments at the customers;
-To be regularly updated on any changes and/or developments at customers, such as new organization, new plant, new vehicle launch, new project, new investments, etc.;
-To always prospect & develop new contacts at existing clients;
-To prepare offer, negotiate price and close business deals with both new and existing clients;
-To close business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations;
-To realize settled KPIs related to regular target of sales revenue, DSO, new clients/service development etc.;
-To use CRM to record all leads and business opportunities and Keep all client data, relevant business activities updated in time;
-To follow the other requirements from MS Director or line manager.
任職要求:
'- Previous experience in dealing with customers (OEMs, suppliers) in the automotive sector;
- Knowledgeable on International Standard for automotive industry and OEM requirements (customer specific requirements);
- Knowledgeable on business trend and cutting edge technologies for automotive industry;
- Knowledgeable on Quality System and Core Tools for automotive industry;
- Knowledgeable on Quality Assurance & Quality Control job functions, activities, process, methodology, tools and techniques;
- Perceptive on Quality Assurance & Quality Control mindset, principles, morality and expectations in international business conduct;
- KAM or PM experience will be preferred;
- Fluent in oral and written English.
