1、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)New Product Development (NPD) :

1.3 項目階段零部件成本主導(dǎo)者，與尋源采購員緊密合作，能夠挑戰(zhàn)設(shè)計方案和供應(yīng)商報價，為公司爭取最優(yōu)價格。Champion of component cost at project phase, closely working with sourcing buyers, able to challenge design and supplier quotation to achieve best price for company.
1.4 樣品及模具訂單負(fù)責(zé)人，跟進(jìn)按時交付。Sample & Tooling order owner, following up delivery on time.
1.5 項目所需時，負(fù)責(zé)與供應(yīng)商簽訂項目制合同。Champion of contact signed with supplier for project when needed.
1.6 確保采購策略、產(chǎn)品路線圖及業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同效應(yīng)保持一致。Align purchasing strategy with product roadmaps and business synergies.
2、技術(shù)協(xié)作與風(fēng)險緩解Technical Collaboration & Risk Mitigation
2.1 審閱工程圖紙、規(guī)格書，提供采購視角的見解。Review engineering drawings, specifications, to provide purchasing insights.
2.2 識別并緩解供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險（例如：單一來源依賴、地緣政治問題、合規(guī)性問題）。Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., single-source dependencies, geopolitical issues, compliance).
3、跨職能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力Cross-functional Leadership
3.1 與項目管理、質(zhì)量和財務(wù)部門協(xié)調(diào)，確保項目按時并在預(yù)算內(nèi)交付。Align with Project Management, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time project delivery within budget.
3.2 作為集團(tuán)項目采購（PCO）的對接人。Window person with group project purchasing for PCO.
任職資格與要求Qualifications & Requirements
1、電氣工程、機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)W士學(xué)位。Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
2、10 年以上工作經(jīng)驗，其中至少 3 年在汽車、工業(yè)或能源領(lǐng)域（UPS / 電池 / 電力電子領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先）的項目采購 / 尋源經(jīng)驗。10+ years’ work experience, including 3+ years in project purchasing/sourcing within automotive, industrial or energy sectors (UPS/battery/power electronics preferred).
3、具備工程背景和項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。Engineering background and Project management experience is a plus.
4、能夠閱讀技術(shù)圖紙、規(guī)格書。Ability of reading technical drawings, specifications.
5、深刻理解 UPS 組件（例如：IGBT、電容器、變壓器）和制造工藝。Deep understanding of UPS components (e.g., IGBTs, capacitors, transformers) and manufacturing processes.
6、精通按成本設(shè)計（DTC）、成本模擬建模和增值工程（價值工程）。Expertise in design-to-cost (DTC), should-cost modeling, and value engineering.
