Responsibilities:
1. Completely understand Fuba Change Management Process and related systems
2. Lead and coordinate CCR, SCR & CR (Customer Change Request, Supplier Change Request, Internal Change Request)
3. Ensure Fuba processes on documentation and data saving
4. Maintain TC (Team Center) data
5. Data reporting and communication with/to PM, Project team, Engineering, Production and Logistics
6. Close communication to CIL (Change Implementation Leader) and PRL (Production Readiness Leader)
7. Support documentation and data for China CRB (Change Review Board)
8. Close communication to HQ CL
9. Ensure management escalation on time
10. Active participation in developing/optimizing Fuba Change Management Process
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Experience in automotive industry
3. Complete (Fuba) product and process understanding from raw material to complete packaging unit in the warehouse as well as development of product and process
4. Good leadership skills
5. Good coordination skills
6. Good communication skills
7. Good conflict management
8. Good effective problem-solving skills
9. Experience in Change Management processes (min 3 yrs)
10. MS Office & MS Project, SAP,TC
11. Fluent English/ business English
