Job Summary
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. This role involves conducting market analysis and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful product sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and potential opportunities.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to the sales and marketing teams, including creating technical documentation, delivering product presentations, and addressing customer inquiries.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support product sales and brand awareness.
Contract Management:
- Manage contracts and agreements with customers, distributors, and partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protecting the organization's interests.
Sales Support:
- Support Key Account Managers in the sales department by providing technical assistance, resolving customer issues, and facilitating the sales process to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related role.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in technical sales tools and software.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
