Responsibilities: - Supervision & execution of on board service-inquiries - Preparation of the related documentation (job descriptions and service reports) - Organisation of on-board service with sub-suppliers - Supervision of the works including safety-regulation - Root cause analysis in close cooperation with R&D and Customer Operation Support teams - On board and at engine builder’s workshops - Proactive feedback to the teams are expected to keep WinGD engine technology up to date Requirements: - Education: Marine engineer - Willingness to travel worldwide up to 180 days/year - Knowledge in engine technology - Knowledge of cooperation with external partners - Knowledge in MS office applications - Pro-active and self-driven personality - Ability to empathize with people of different cultural backgrounds - Good communication skills - Fluent English
