一、職位概述?
作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)核心管理者,你將全面負(fù)責(zé)吉隆坡網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)中心(NOC)的整體運(yùn)營(yíng)與績(jī)效管控,聚焦網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、故障精準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)、高效事件響應(yīng)及性能持續(xù)優(yōu)化,確保網(wǎng)絡(luò)始終保持高可用、高可靠狀態(tài)。同時(shí),你需統(tǒng)籌管理位于柔佛州的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì),通過(guò)科學(xué)調(diào)度與流程管控,保障現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維護(hù)、設(shè)備更換、站點(diǎn)巡檢及應(yīng)急響應(yīng)工作高效落地,為南部地區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行筑牢基礎(chǔ)。?
二、核心職責(zé)?
(一)吉隆坡 NOC 團(tuán)隊(duì)管理與運(yùn)營(yíng)?
●搭建并領(lǐng)導(dǎo) 7×24 小時(shí) NOC 團(tuán)隊(duì),通過(guò)系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)、精細(xì)化監(jiān)督與個(gè)性化培養(yǎng),打造專業(yè)高效的運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì),全力保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)高可用性、可靠性與高性能;?
●主導(dǎo)實(shí)時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控與事件全生命周期管理,建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理流程,確保故障響應(yīng)、問(wèn)題解決全程符合服務(wù)級(jí)別協(xié)議(SLA)要求,最小化故障對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)的影響;?
●設(shè)計(jì)并落地事件升級(jí)機(jī)制、根本原因分析(RCA)流程,以及內(nèi)外部跨團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)作規(guī)范,打破信息壁壘,提升問(wèn)題解決效率;?
●深度分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPI),輸出數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)報(bào)告,精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別運(yùn)營(yíng)趨勢(shì)與優(yōu)化方向,推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能持續(xù)迭代;?
●統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)窗口與升級(jí)方案,平衡業(yè)務(wù)需求與運(yùn)維工作,制定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控預(yù)案,將對(duì)客戶的影響降至最低;?
●負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)營(yíng)文檔與知識(shí)庫(kù)(含操作手冊(cè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)程序 SOP、升級(jí)矩陣等)的全生命周期管理,確保內(nèi)容實(shí)時(shí)更新、規(guī)范統(tǒng)一,為團(tuán)隊(duì)高效作業(yè)提供支撐。?
(二)柔佛州現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)統(tǒng)籌?
●全面管理柔佛州現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì),明確團(tuán)隊(duì)職責(zé)與工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),統(tǒng)籌物理基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施支持工作(含光纖跳線、設(shè)備更換、站點(diǎn)拜訪等),確?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)質(zhì)量;?
●結(jié)合南部地區(qū)接入點(diǎn)(POPs)與數(shù)據(jù)中心設(shè)施分布,科學(xué)規(guī)劃預(yù)防性維護(hù)、站點(diǎn)審計(jì)及物理檢查計(jì)劃,合理分配任務(wù),防范潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn);?
●擔(dān)任 NOC 與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的 “橋梁紐帶”,建立高效派單機(jī)制,確保需現(xiàn)場(chǎng)介入的事件能被精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別、快速調(diào)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題閉環(huán)管理;?
●負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)所需備件、工具及網(wǎng)絡(luò)硬件的庫(kù)存管控與物流協(xié)調(diào),建立安全庫(kù)存預(yù)警機(jī)制,保障現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè) “物資不缺位”;?
●嚴(yán)格落實(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)部署的安全、安保及合規(guī)要求,定期開(kāi)展合規(guī)檢查與培訓(xùn),確保團(tuán)隊(duì)操作全程符合行業(yè)規(guī)范與公司制度。?
(三)人員管理與團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力?
●基于業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)與團(tuán)隊(duì)能力現(xiàn)狀,為 NOC 工程師、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)人員制定清晰的工作目標(biāo)、可量化的關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPIs)及個(gè)性化培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,助力員工成長(zhǎng);?
●組織定期團(tuán)隊(duì)會(huì)議、工作復(fù)盤會(huì)與績(jī)效評(píng)估,及時(shí)反饋員工工作表現(xiàn),挖掘團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,針對(duì)性制定改進(jìn)方案;?

Network Operation Centre (NOC) Manager
 
Job Summary
 
The NOC Manager is responsible for the operational performance and management of the Network Operations Center based in Kuala Lumpur. This includes real-time monitoring, fault detection, incident response, and performance optimization of the network infrastructure. Additionally, the NOC Manager will oversee the Field Operations Team located in Johor, ensuring timely execution of field maintenance, equipment replacement, site inspections, and emergency response.
 
Network Operations Center (KL-based)
· Build, lead, supervise, and develop the 24x7 NOC team to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the network.
· Manage real-time network monitoring and incident handling, ensuring SLA compliance for fault response and resolution.
· Establish incident escalation protocols, root cause analysis processes, and communication workflows with internal teams and external partners.
· Analyse network KPIs, generate operational reports, and identify trends and improvement areas.
· Coordinate planned maintenance windows and network upgrades with minimal customer disruption.
· Ensure documentation and knowledge base (runbooks, SOPs, escalation matrices) are consistently maintained and improved.
 
Field Operations (Johor-based team)
· Manage and coordinate the Field Operations Team in Johor responsible for physical infrastructure support (fiber patching, equipment replacement, site visits).
· Plan and assign preventive maintenance, site audits, and physical checks across POPs and data center facilities in the southern region.
· Serve as a liaison between the field team and the NOC to ensure accurate and timely dispatch for incidents requiring on-site intervention.
· Oversee inventory and logistics of spare parts, tools, and network hardware for field operations.
· Ensure all safety, security, and compliance procedures are adhered to during field deployments.
 
People Management & Leadership
· Set goals, KPIs, and training plans for NOC engineers and field technicians.
· Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
· Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
