Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Hunter to lead the acquisition of new business in the global telecom market. This high-impact role focuses on selling Layer 1, 2, and 3 connectivity solutions—including Dark Fiber, Cloud, SDN, IP Peering, and Data Center services—to enterprise and wholesale clients. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mentality, a proven track record in B2B telecom sales, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
· Proficient in selling Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 telecom solutions.
· Develop and execute international sales strategies, and deliver solutions-focused client presentations to drive revenue and market share growth.
· Apply strong knowledge in Dark Fiber, Cloud, Connectivity, SDN, SD-WAN, IP Peering, Data Center Solutions to serve corporate clients effectively.
· Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, customer engagement, proposal management, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially Network Trading, Global, and OTT, to support partnership and wholesale sales expansion.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the telecom industry.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating new business.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong understanding of lead generation and sales prospecting techniques.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with sales automation tools a plus.
· Highly motivated, self-directed, and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Hunter mentality with a relentless pursuit of achieving targets.
