崗位職責(zé):
Job Description
1. Be able to communicate with tenants on a daily base, good negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, communication skill, and no afraid on rejection, turn down.
與租戶進(jìn)行日常溝通,擁有良好的談判能力,人際交往能力,溝通能力,不害怕被拒絕等。
2. Providing overall mall consultation on rent, management fee and utilities calculation, maintain mall collection including rent, management fee and utilities, facilitate all services, consultation commercial terms, and all tenants based consultation, handle complaints and emergencies, maintain mall operation and service standard.
提供關(guān)于租金,管理費(fèi),計(jì)算工具等全面的商場(chǎng)咨詢,包括租金,管理費(fèi),實(shí)用工具等的收集。促進(jìn)所有服務(wù),商業(yè)條款咨詢,根據(jù)商場(chǎng)操作及服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理客訴及緊急情況。
3. Keep close contact and build good relation with tenants, be able to address and understand tenants needs, issues, coordinate with all relevant departments for tenants supports and helps.
與租戶緊密聯(lián)系,建立良好關(guān)系,能夠理解租戶需求,處理租戶爭(zhēng)議,協(xié)調(diào)所有其他相關(guān)部門對(duì)租戶進(jìn)行支持及幫助。
4. Good knowledge on shopping mall operation, understand commercial terms and read contract attention to detail.
有良好的商場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),理解商業(yè)條款,能注意合同細(xì)節(jié)
5. Based on the overall organization institutional system, implement department operating, servicing process and procedure, standardize the work flow and professionalize task management.
根據(jù)整個(gè)組織制度體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)部門運(yùn)行,服務(wù)流程和程序,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作流程及專業(yè)化工作管理等
6.Data analysis on tenants sales performance.
租戶銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析
任職要求:
1.Bachlor Degree and above
本科及以上學(xué)歷
2.Over three years shopping mall operation and related experience
一年以上商場(chǎng)營(yíng)運(yùn)及相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.prefer to Proficient in English on daily work
能用英文進(jìn)行日常工作交流
4.Good Communication and negotiation skill, can deal with emergencies independently
良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能獨(dú)立處理突發(fā)事件
5.Ability to work under pressure
